Warranty
Autoroll UK LTD guarantees all of its products from defective manufacturing for a period of 12 months from date of purchase. This is subject to correct installation, maintenance and operation of the product. This excludes general wear and tear. Unfortunately we cannot offer any warranties on any of the finishes for doors fitted within 1 mile of the sea or salt estuary.
Damaged goods must be reported within 48 hours Of delivery.
Goods must be returned to Autoroll UK LTD. where they will be inspected and either repaired or replaced. Autoroll UK LTD will not be held responsible for any costs incurred in the removal and replacement of faulted goods. For your protection, we recommend you use a recorded delivery service when returning goods.

Please note: In the event of us sending you a replacement for any damaged, defective or incorrect goods, you must return the original goods to us within 14 days of the delivery of the replacement. Provided you return the goods to us within 14 days. You will have nothing more to pay. However, if for any reason you do not return the original item to us by the end of the 14 day period, we reserve the right to charge an amount equal to the price of your original order to the payment card used for the order.
This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
