Photoelectric Safety Beam

This is suitable for most types of remote controlled garage doors, shutters and gates, which have a remote control circuit board suitable for the connection of a safety device with a 10-30 volt DC output. The sensor unit is designed to be fitted to one side of the opening and the reflective disc is to be mounted directly adjacent to it on the opposite side of the opening, therefore wiring is only required at one side. The sensor unit emits an infra-red light beam across the opening to the reflective disc on the opposite side. In the event of the beam being blocked by an obstruction, the door / gate will automatically stop and return to the open position (depending on your control system).

This comes pre-wired with 2 metres of cable.
